Terms & Conditions

The Service Provider is engaged in the business of providing content creation services including but not limited to videography, photography, social media management, and drone content;

**AND WHEREAS**, the Client desires to engage the Service Provider to perform such services as outlined below;

**NOW, THEREFORE**, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

**1. Services Provided**
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following one if not multiple services as requested by the Client:
- Videography
- Photography
- Social Media Management
- Drone Content Creation

**2. Payment Terms**
The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the total agreeded upon fee for the services rendered within a three month period from when the service is successfully completed.

**3. No Refund Policy**
The Client acknowledges and agrees that all payments are final and non-refundable. The Service Provider reserves the right to retain any deposits or payments made for services rendered regardless of the circumstances leading to the Client's decision to discontinue services.

**4. Revisions and Additional Services**
Any requests for revisions must be submitted to the Service Provider within 14 days before the project delivery. Additional work outside the original scope of this Agreement may incur extra costs and will require a separate agreement.

**5. Ownership of Work**
Upon full payment, the Client will hold rights to the content created under this Agreement. The Service Provider retains the right to use the produced content in their portfolio and for self-promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

**6. Indemnification**
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the use of the content provided under this Agreement.

**7. Governing Law**
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

**8. Amendments**
Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

**9. Acceptance**
By accepting services from the Service Provider, the Client automatically acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined herein.

**IN WITNESS WHEREOF**, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and year of accepted service(s).
